By using the Love Pope Foundation Inc. website or the Opportunity Portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You agree to use this site lawfully and respectfully. Please do not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to access accounts, applications, documents, or records that are not yours.
• Interfere with, probe, or disrupt the site, the portal, or their security features.
• Upload malicious files or content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringing.
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest information from the site.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Accounts are for a single individual and should not be shared. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close an account that is misused or that violates these terms.

Information you submit in a grant, scholarship, or volunteer application must be accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. We may request supporting documentation and may verify what you submit. Incomplete or inaccurate applications may be delayed, declined, or withdrawn from consideration.

Submitting an application does not create any obligation on our part, and does not guarantee an award, interview, or placement. Award decisions, amounts, eligibility criteria, deadlines, and program availability are at the sole discretion of Love Pope Foundation and may change or close at any time.

Volunteer applications are reviewed individually, and approval is not automatic. Participation may require onboarding, training, handbook acknowledgment, background-check consent, and adherence to foundation policies. Volunteers serve on an unpaid basis and are not employees of Love Pope Foundation. Hours recorded through the portal are subject to review and verification by foundation staff, and we may correct or decline entries that appear inaccurate. We may end a volunteer relationship at any time.

Online giving is not yet open. Forms on this site capture your interest in supporting our work; they do not process a payment and do not ask for card or bank account information. Submitting a donation-interest form does not create a binding pledge. When a payment provider is connected, payments will be handled by that provider under its own terms.

Love Pope Foundation Inc. is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law; the deductible amount may be reduced if you receive goods or services in return. Please consult your own tax advisor.

The Love Pope Foundation name, logo, text, photography, and design on this site belong to Love Pope Foundation Inc. or its licensors and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without our written permission. You keep ownership of what you submit, and you grant us permission to use it as needed to review and administer your application, volunteer service, or inquiry.

Our site may link to other organizations, tools, or resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability.

We work to keep the site and portal available, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. Features and content may change or be removed without notice.

The site and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose, and information on the site is general in nature and is not legal, financial, or professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Love Pope Foundation Inc. and its board, staff, and volunteers are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.

We may update these terms as our programs and systems grow. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
